Big Bang @ Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust 2019

Meet health care professionals including nurses, doctors , physiotherapists occupational therapists podiatrists,  IT specialists and engineers, paramedics and dieticians, and some of the many other STEM professionals who help run our health services in this first Big Bang event at an NHS Community Hospital trust in Sussex.

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) are the main provider of NHS community health and care services across West Sussex, Brighton & Hove and High Weald, Lewes, Havens area of East Sussex.

SCFT provide a wide range of medical, nursing and therapeutic care to over 8,000 people a day. They work to help people plan, manage and adapt to changes in their health, to prevent avoidable admission to hospital and to minimize hospital stay.

Students in Year 9 and above, and their teachers, will get hands-on with activities showcasing the variety of STEM careers available.
