e4P - Engaging Employers Enhancing Education for Physics
e4P is a SEEDA funded Project designed to support business engagement with schools through development of physics related enrichment activities. It will support, where possible, the existing South East Physics Network (SEPnet) and the ‘Stimulating Physics Network’ (IOP) in the South East. The Project aim is to raise awareness of the importance of physics to everyday careers, and to increase young people’s understanding of physics-related career opportunities.
The Project will be implemented in 4 of the 8 SEEDA areas; Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Sussex, and will include:
- Enrichment Activities:

- Four new enrichment activities will be created in each area.
- Continuing Professional Development:

- Each area will provide a new physics related CPD session for teachers and technical staff.
- Careers Information Events :

- Careers information events for KS4/5 and teachers.
