"Thales supports the STEM Ambassador Programme as it supports the local community. We need young people to be given a strong foundation in science so that they are aware of the role of science and aspire to science-based careers. Our Graduate engineers are currently working towards either IEng or CEng so being a STEM Ambassador helps with their Professional Conduct Competencies as well as supporting the community!"
